Delivery & returns

Every NasCreate piece is printed in Egypt after you order it — nothing sits in a warehouse. Production typically takes 1–2 business days before your order ships.

We deliver across Egypt in 2–4 business days after production, through our courier partners. Shipping costs 75 EGP and is free for orders of 1,000 EGP or more. You'll receive an email when your order ships.

All orders are paid online at checkout by card or mobile wallet, processed securely through Paymob. We do not offer cash on delivery — your order goes into production as soon as payment is confirmed, which keeps deliveries fast and prices fair.

You can return any item within 14 days of delivery if it is unworn, unwashed and in its original condition. To start a return, email help@nascreate.eg with your order number and the reason.

Because items are printed on demand, sizing exchanges are treated as a return plus a new order. Refunds are issued to the original card or mobile wallet within 5–7 business days of us receiving the return.

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted or incorrect, send us a photo within 14 days and we'll reprint and reship it free of charge — no need to return the faulty piece. This does not affect your statutory rights under Egyptian consumer protection law.

Personalised one-off pieces ("Create for myself" orders) can only be returned if faulty, since they are produced uniquely for you.
