NasCreate Creator Agreement

This agreement explains how your artwork is used, how royalties are calculated, and what happens when products are returned or a drop is deactivated.
Ownership & license
You retain ownership of original artwork. You grant NasCreate a non-exclusive license to display, market, reproduce and fulfill products containing approved artwork while the drop is active.
Content rights
You confirm that submitted artwork is original or properly licensed and does not infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy, publicity or other third-party rights.
Production authorization
You authorize NasCreate and its Egyptian production partners to adapt placement, color profile and print sizing only as technically necessary for manufacturing.
Royalty calculation
You set the retail price of each drop and earn the platform designer share — a fixed percentage of that retail price, shown before publication. The rest covers NasTrends production cost and the NasCreate platform margin. Royalties accrue only on fulfilled, paid orders and exclude delivery, taxes, discounts funded by NasCreate and payment processing costs.
Returns & reversals
Royalties may be reversed for canceled, refunded, fraudulent or quality-rejected orders. Reversals appear transparently in your wallet ledger.
Payout timing
Available balances above 500 EGP may be requested for payout. Processing normally takes 3–5 business days after identity and payout-method verification.
Taxes
Creators are responsible for personal tax reporting. NasCreate may withhold or report amounts where Egyptian law requires it.
Termination
Either party may deactivate a drop. Existing paid orders may still be fulfilled, and clauses concerning rights, payments and disputes survive termination.
