Privacy policy

NasCreate ("we", "us") is an Egyptian print-on-demand creator marketplace operated by NasTrends. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you browse, shop, or sell on NasCreate, and how we handle it.

Account data: your name, email address, phone number and hashed password when you create an account.

Order data: delivery name, address, phone number and the items you buy — needed to produce and deliver your order.

Creator data: portfolio links, bio and payout method details (mobile wallet or bank account name and identifier) when you apply to sell.

Usage data: pages viewed, listings liked and basic device information used to keep the service reliable and to surface popular drops.

We use your data to fulfil orders, pay creator royalties, send transactional emails (order confirmations, password resets, application decisions), prevent fraud and improve the marketplace. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

We share only what is necessary with: our production and courier partners (delivery details for your order), payment providers (payment reference data), and email infrastructure providers (your email address for transactional messages). All partners are bound by contractual confidentiality.

Passwords are stored using modern one-way hashing (argon2id). Payment card details never touch our servers. Order records are retained as required by Egyptian commercial law; you can request deletion of your account data at any time.

You may request a copy of your data, correct inaccurate data, or ask us to delete your account by emailing help@nascreate.eg. We respond within 30 days.
